The airport telephone information service is open 24 hours a day. The service provides information on todays flights and general information about shopping, dining and other facilities at Oslo Airport.
Information counter
There are two manned information counters in the terminal. One is centrally located in the arrival hall, the other is placed right after the security check in the departure hall. The airport attendants will answer your questions about todays flights and the airport in general. They can also help you make a photocopy, send a fax or make hotel reservations. Airport attendants will also help you with tourist and travel information.
The counter on the departure level provides information about the commercial offerings at the airport.

Traffic statistics at Oslo Airport 2001
13,961,696 passengers used Oslo Airport – OSL – in 2001. This is a reduction of 1,9% from the year before. The number of passengers on the domestic routes was reduced by 3,5% and on the international routes by 0,9%. Passengers on international charter grew by 2,5%.
At the information and service counter in the arrival hall, some tourist and travel information for the Oslo area is available to arriving passengers and visitors.
Passenger Service at the counter may also help you arranging your accommodation. For this service you will be charged NOK 50 per booking.

If you want to store your luggage, you can use our left-luggage service. You can leave your luggage here in secure storage for up to three months (opposite of the railway station).
